A bluemonday recruitment franchise is a low cost, high return business opportunity. We don’t believe in taking a high fee upfront or an unreasonable share of your earnings going forward. We create partnerships with our franchisees for the long term, and want you to earn good money as soon as possible.
The initial “joining fee” is only £10,000, all of which is visibly re-invested into establishing your business during the first few months. Thereafter, you pay a percentage of your client fees to bluemonday, on a sliding scale depending on your annual turnover.
